Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Huhu · Pillow Tales (呼呼 · 枕边故事, the “App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply only to Huhu, not to Featee or other lullvale products.

2. The Service

Huhu is provided by lullvale studio to help parents or guardians generate and listen to gentle bedtime stories, and to manage listener profiles, story cast, and reading voices. Story text and narration may be produced using AI and third-party speech services. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide lawful registration information (such as phone and password, and an invite code when required) and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you create child profiles or stories for a child, you represent you are authorized to do so as a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

You grant us a limited license to process your inputs as needed to provide the service. You must not use the App to create or distribute illegal, infringing, pornographic, violently graphic, hateful, or otherwise highly inappropriate content for children, or to harass others or disrupt the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Stories and speech are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or imperfect. Output is for family entertainment and bedtime companionship only—not educational, medical, or psychological advice. Please review content before playing it for a child.

6. Quotas and Changes

Some capabilities (e.g., monthly story generation or optional voice cloning) may be limited by quotas or feature flags. We may adjust limits or providers.

7. Intellectual Property

The App software, branding, and related technology belong to lullvale studio or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App under these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Unauthorized access, scraping, or interference
• Circumventing quotas, invites, or security controls
• Uploading malware or using the service unlawfully
• Impersonation or infringement of others’ rights

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability relating to Huhu is limited to the amounts you paid us for Huhu in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if free), except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches. Account deletion may be requested in-app (when available) or via support@lullvale.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If mandatory consumer protection laws where you live provide otherwise, those protections remain unaffected. This does not limit where the App may be offered.
